Sitting in front of the store;
When you start to question the reality of the world, you might not be doing anything. You could just be admiring the view of the city from a hill top, or just watching the flurry of cars pass by. You can hear the blowing of car horns, the screeching of tires, the beeps from a convenience store, the start of a motorcycle, the dialogues of people, or your own breathing. You see people passing by you; you wonder what stories they carry, what experiences they’ve had, their deepest, darkest secrets — or maybe just what they had for breakfast. You can wonder all you want, but you can never accurately get it. Not exactly.
You hear the clanging of metal. Where are you? Flashing lights catch your eye, while two people walk past by you. A beeping sound is heard after one person enters a glass door. You suddenly stop.
You have to go. Away from this bubble of thought. Slowly, stand and move your feet forward. You don’t need to ponder on life like this just yet.
There’s still so much to do before you actually do this. You can never know when you can sit down and rethink everything you’ve done.
Maybe you shouldn’t.
… Yeah.
