Even If
Even if the day takes its toll on your exhausted body; even when you think that you don’t want to do anything anymore — it’s all worth it in the end.
Even if sometimes, you just want to die; even if you think that your life has no meaning — it’s all worth it in the end.
Why?
Well, it’s always a nice habit to think of the better things in life. That even if you know all the negative things that happened for the day in your heart, you know that at the back of those things, one simple action made it all worthwhile. Hell, maybe even made the day better for you.
Whatever depressing or stressful thing life may throw at us for the day, it can always be redeemed by one simple thing that makes us smile, or makes us happy.
Sure, this feels like it doesn’t work every single time, but hey; it works anyway.
Sometimes it’s the little things that matter; sometimes, it’s the big picture. Both of them are important in their own ways, in their own situations. Making it a habit to just focus on one thing will defeat the purpose of having the other.
