The Cycle of Misery
I have this unending feeling of queasiness I cannot shake it off so easily;
Every time I remember past happenings Everything starts to shake
It’s like I do not have my footing anymore, It’s like there’s an earthquake
Let me out of this never-ending misery, please Let this queasiness disappear
When I think of you, even if I have no ill thoughts When this happens, the feeling comes back
Go away, leave me be, let me rest, just for once Go on and move along this road
You should continue on the path, I’ll be okay You’re better off without me anyway
What am I saying? You wouldn’t even care What I think is nothing for you
The queasiness takes over my body, please just let The misery end, just go away from my mind
A soft cry is heard in the distance; A woman, left alone.
