    📷 day 19: edge #mbsept

late post! meant to do this yesterday but i kinda forgot lol

Chi hanging on the edge of a red songthaew, a Thailand public vehicle. She is mimicking the feeling of also hanging on the back end part of a Philippine jeepney, where commuters sometimes do this because the inside is already full.

    📷 Day 18: fabric #mbsept

I know I already posted this outfit yesterday, but the prompt calls for fabric. So here it is. 😆

Chi's full outfit. Her top is a cropped button top of what looks similar to blankets that were popularly used for bed when she was a child, with a black undergarment and a black skater skirt. She's also wearing black stockings and black boots, with her Figma two-toned orange and blue socks peeking above her boots. On her shoulder is her Figma grid tote bag.

    📷 Day 17: intense #mbsept

yep, that’s 4 different kinds of drinks. 😅 there was a time I had no problems doing this one time. But now, I will pass. lolz

4 different alcoholic drinks lined up, from top to bottom: a bottle of beer, a Jägerbomb, a Tequila shot, and a rum shot.

    • kumot crop top • figma socks • figma tote bag

full on designer mode jk 😂 ootd for UX+! see u at SMX MOA later 😄

Mirror selfie of Chi wearing a crop top with the pattern of a Filipino blanket, black skater skirt, black leggings, Figma patterned socks and black boots. On her right shoulder is her Friends of Figma black-on-white grid patterned tote bag.

good god what is that haze outside

I feel bad I’m having to decide whether I should commit to the bit and bike commute to the design conference I’m attending later or just join my officemate’s Grab carpool later 🫠

Part of me wants to show it is doable, but I also know that it might be hard at the current state huhu sobs

    📷 Day 16: oof! #mbsept

This is a ramp at the mall near my place. It has been “under maintenance” for like 2 months already, with no visible damage.

A ramp meant to make the entrance more accessible to PWDs, but is cordoned off with a sign on it that reads, "Sorry for the inconvenience / Maintenance in progress to serve you better" by SM Light Mall.

    📷 Day 15: red #mbsept

My outfit yesterday while with my bike 😁 red dress, red bike, red bag 😆

Chi posing with her red folded trifold bike. She is wearing a red long dress with a white undershirt, and slung on her shoulder is her red front bike bag. She is at a shared office space, with some indoor plants seen behind her.

omg yay my prompt is next for tomorrow 😁

I have so many things happening every weekend, I wanna write about them all, but I guess I feel too conscious sometimes to just write whatever and then post it.

But… on another note, that is technically the point on why I am here in the first place 😆😅

Caught up in posting for the Micro.blog Photoblogging challenge again.

Sometimes I wonder if I missed out on a lot, but then when I check on my past posts, I usually just don’t post for a day. 😆 Time feels fleeting. hahaha

    📷 Day 14: statue #mbsept

Apparently there is another Hachiko statue in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in their very own Little Tokyo area!

A statue of Hachiko, similar to the one in Tokyo, but this one in particular was taken at Chiang Mai, Thailand. Some bird poop is seen on the top of the Hachiko statue.

    📷 Day 13: glowing #mbsept

My friends and I retook this photo because the light was apparently directly on top of my head 🤣

“para kang kinukuha na ng langit” 😂

Chi posing with her two friends, Karen and Nix, next to their own trifold bikes and setups. On top of Chi's head, a street light is pointed towards the camera, so the top part of her head is obscured by the light.

    📷 Day 12: panic #mbsept

Taken while eating breakfast at a hospital a month ago. This was a woozy day.

A green plate with rice, one hotdog, and a bitten-off banana are in view. Two green cups are also to the side, because Chi is eating breakfast with her mom.

    yesterday was a daze

getting back into it again today

    📷 Day 11: retrospect #mbsept

This was the digital screen interface at the Ayala Museum when I visited a few months ago. Nice to see a copy of their recorded music preserved in the museum 😊

Digital interface at the Ayala Museum showing a grid of the different items collected and displayed at the museum. The item currently selected is the Bayanihan Philippine Dance Company, vol. 2 music CD. It is located in the Filipinas Heritage Library at the 6th floor as part of the Himig Collection.

    📷 Day 10: cycle #mbsept

how apt that this is today’s prompt 💖 Here’s me with my trifold brompnot during the Car-Free Morning at Ayal Ave. 😁

Chi smiling and posing with her red Banian trifold bike, which is partially folded, while in the middle of Ayala Avenue because it's a Car-Free Sunday morning event. She is wearing a white t-shirt that has the text, "#KabaBIKEihan" printed, and gray shorts and black sandals. On her bike, her red GoFar front mounted bag is attached, and her red Lumos helmet is also strapped to her bag.

    📷 Day 9: language #mbsept

I took this photo while I was reloading my easycard in Taiwan. I found it amusing that they had a Tagalog translation 😄

Interface of the easycard reloading and ticket buying machine in Taiwan. The language currently selected and shown on screen is Filipino, and the labels for all buttons are all translated as such. Other options available are: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesia, Vietnamese, German, French, and Spanish.

    📷 Day 8: yonder #mbsept

forgot to post yesterday!!! huhu i broke my streak 😆

this was taken when we were at a rest house near the sea during a storm.

View of the backyard of a rest house in Zambales, Philippines. This was taken while there was a typhoon leaving the country, and part of the typhoon's tail was around the area, bringing cloudy skies, strong wind, and constant rain that would strengthen or weaken depending on the hour. Over the distance, the sea is at high tide, brought about the effects of the typhoon.

It’s only been a few days since we finally got Figma access for our team at work and I feel so powerful. 2 deliverables I would’ve taken maybe more than a week to work on was now finished in 2 days 😂

All because I felt more at home with the tool, and I wasn’t taking a break every 30 minutes or so after it either hangs, or I try to do something and it does something I didn’t intend to do 🥲
